6.0.3.155 market depth data

I have no best bid size and best ask size in the market depth.And also no level II data. I am using 6.0.3.155

It appears this bug is related to having abbreviate volume checked in the display preferences of the program. This would affect Quote windows, single quote windows and the top portion of a level II window.

Unchecking that box should allow you to see bid/ask size.

Go to View and choose Preferences.
On the Display Tab uncheck the box for Abbreviate Volumes, and click OK.

However this shouldn't relate to the inability to recieve Level II data. Please send a personal message to me with your username and we can check your entitlements.
