delay in change to next day

I trade lumber on the globex (symbol: lbs u9)....the market closes at 5 pm each night and reopens an hour later. My charts don't update until 4-6 a.m the following morning.

Right now my charts reflect yesterdays, 7/22, information still. Other members show todays..

I need this correctled, can anyone help...?

thanks Bill, I'm on the phone with the Qcharts office. They have been working on a way to eliminate this bug for me.
