  • Charging for Intraday Historical Data

Just got the email saying that there will soon (Aug 15th) be a $10 monthly charge to have intraday historical data past 120 days.

You guys sure know how to treat your customers right in a crappy economy, especially considering how cheap disk storage and bandwidth have become. Geez.

Is extended intraday data still going to be available in 5.x for "free", or is that going the way of the dodo as well?

What does "extended historical intraday" refer to? What is it?

If you try to scroll back an intraday chart (i.e. 240 minute, 60 minute, 10 minute, etc) further back than 120 days.

Never mind my gripe... I just got an email saying the previous email was a mis-communication error.

Extended intraday history (going back more than 6 months on minute charts) is being grandfathered in for all QCharts customers at no addt'l charge. Our apologies for the incorrect email notice.

        Thanks.
