  • Synchronizing Files

My version of Qcharts 6.0.3 takes over five minutes to synchronize files before finally displaying charts. Is there a way to correct this?

    Thanks.

    Hey jcgg,

    If you're a QFAI user...
notice the left-side of the QCharts status bar at the bottom while you're sitting at the sync box to see the server that's being connected with. And on subsequent start, exclude that server from the QFAI server list.

    If not a QFAI user...
try this, with the idea being to get the initial connection attempt to go to a different server.

After exit of current session and before you start QCharts the next time, replace the file continuumclient.ini in your QCharts directory with this one.

You will have to enter your ID and PW at Login, but that will 'stick' for subsequent starts.
