I'm not sure, you might want to check your subscription to see if you have delayed US & Canadian Futures?

If you email in to [email protected] they can check your account to make srue you're sub'd to the correct exchange.
CL #F is correct for continuous crude.
CL V9 is correct for Oct.

For realtime data, you have to be sub'd to NYMEX at $60/mo.
For delayed data it's the exchange Carol mentioned, the "Delayed US and Canadian Futures" at $5/mo.

If you're not getting data for either ticker, you aren't subscribed.

Another way to check would be while in QCharts: Help / Account Maintenance. Just log in with your QC Username/Password and then look under Services to "View Service Summary" to see what you are currently subscribed to. If you want/need more, look under Add/Cancel Add-on Services.
