Problem after downloading 6.1

I don't seem to be able to get the continuim client to start. The top left of the pallet reads: "QCharts 6.1 (feed C)".....then, when I get logged on, even though I am signed up for the appropriate allowances, I am notified that my level of subscription does not allow several studies that worked perfectly well on my previous version.

Hi,
Log out of your QCharts. Let QCharts and the Data Manager close completely.

Then log back in. On the login (where you enter your username and password) screen, stop before you hit "Connect”, press the "Options" button, and then press the "Load Defaults" button inside of the "Logon Options" dialog box. Then click OK to close that box. Then continue logging in. You should be fine. Reply back if you're not.

Yep to what Bill just said.
Curious though if this is a "first run" only problem.
Did you get the error after an exit and another restart, prior to the procedure Bill outlined.
Or did you post immediately after your first attempt.

That did the trick.....(I did try rebooting several times prior to your recommendation with no success)
