  • Please adjust Stock Split Symbols post split for intraday charts

The following stocks that have split need to be adjusted on intra-day charts (weekly and daily are ok).

    UTHR
    ABVT

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,
These ARE adjusted in the system and have been for some time.

I would suspect you haven't got an up to date CorpActs.tab file in your SigText folder.
Please check the date on these two files.
Mine currently are (as I type this):
CorpActs.tab (in SigText folder) should be 10/11/2009 and 310KB
CorpActs.inf (in QCharts folder) should be 10/11/2009 and 310KB

If you don't have those filestamps, please log out of QCharts, delete those two files, and log in again - making certain that the "Synchronizing Files" box completes successfully. One of the best ways to do that is to log QCharts in to a blank workspace. That will let QCharts do it's needed prep work before the load of opening a workspace is placed on it. Once you're logged in, exit QCharts, and restart again. Don't delete the files again, just do another exit/restart. That should put the files in sync (the second restart) and you should be fine.

At any rate, if you don't have the most up-to-date CorpActs files in your system, the splits won't be correct. The other thing I'd suggest, if you haven't already, please upgrade to 6.1.0.1719.
    Hope that helps.

Also - another idea - are you on Vista?

If you are, have you done the steps in this KB?

        Hello Bill,

Thank you for your help. I renamed the files '.bkup' and have new files

        CorpActs.tab 10/12/2009 310KB
        CorpActs.inf 10/11/2009 135KB

I opened to a blank workspace from a fresh boot up and let qcharts do its thing, Exited and restarted.

UTHR appears to be fixed, however ABVT is still not adjusted on intrday charts, its ok on weekly and daily. My CorpActs.inf still appears off compared to your stating it should be 310KB.

        Any further suggestions?

        I'm running XP SP2.

OK - have you restarted a second time? Don't delete any files - but try exiting and restarting a second time to see if we get the CorpActs file brothers all sync'd up.

The system is broadcasting the correct info - just gotta get CorpActs squared away on your computer.

Yes, I had restarted but still same issues.

I installed 6.1.0.1719, and that displays the symbols properly.

Thank you very much for all the help!
