Hi All.
I've finally gotten around to releasing libqcw and qcwtool. You can find information here.

Edit: Something broke when I first packaged the windows version, but that is now fixed.

There was an issue parsing QCW files generated by 6.1 in the original version. I've posted an update (v1.2) which fixes this at the link in the original post.
