the duplicate candles bug isn't fixed?

I thought this was fixed? Going through charts sure is annoying when this happens to about 40% of the daily charts you pull up.

On the bright side, the "entitled" problem didn't show itself this AM for some reason.

It is on the developer's list and they're working on it. Haven't got in nailed just yet.
