I recently bought a new top of line computer and downloaded version 6.1. On one of my main workspaces, I have about 20 charts and, occasionally, I will notice that one of the charts has quit updating. The only way I can get everything working again is to close the program and reopen it. Is this a common problem or is it just me?

Hi Lloyd,
The first thing that comes to mind is I'd recommend getting a good, clean, **current** install of the software going.
Since it's a new laptop, it likely hasn't had prior versions, but I'd still do the complete uninstall / reinstall above to make sure I had a clean copy of the current 6.2.0.1819 on there.
Then I'd run that and see if still had problems.
Don't forget this if you're on Vista or Win7:

what next?
Well, Bill, I couldn't get that link to work but I found some other articles about Windows 7 and eSignal. However, they talk about the eSignal icon on the desktop leading to a Winsig file. I have a Qcharts icon and when I open file location, I don't have any winsig file. Should I be looking for another file in the Qcharts folder?
