$OEX spike to zero

$OEX has a spike to zero today - it really messes up the indicators.
Can it be removed asap?
Thanks!

Hey Carol,
Not seeing it on this end.
Have you tried restarting with a 4-5 min wait between log off and log on?
Also, it'd help if you can tell us what timeframe of chart you're seeing the spike on.

So did the restart take care of the spike?

Bill,
No restart. I changed symbols - no luck. I changed time frame on the chart - no luck.
After about 10 minutes total - I kept changing time frame and eventually, all the spikes disappeared so I assumed somebody flipped the switch.
I saw the spike on all time frames - W/D/all intradays -- pick any time.
Thanks,
Carol
