(Delay20) SPX, OEX, BIX, VIX, OIX, etc

A friend of mine noticed last night that SPX, OEX, BIX, OIX, RLX, TXX, VIX, INX and others were showing up as 20min Delay on his charts. He asked me if I had the same issue, but I couldn't even display them. I figured it was just a qcharts bug and it would be fixed by morning. It is the next morning now, and I am able to see the chart data, but they are showing up as 20min Delay.

Is this a bug, or do I need to purchase another package?

Thanks for the info. It looks like I need to subscribe to the MBI service and OPRA if I want those symbols.
