Major Data Problems

This started today.
On friday I installed the latest build.
Daily charts are showing todays data added on to fridays bar.
Intraday charts of russell index shows gaps when option pressed for 24 hour.

How to fix???

Hi rjaenish,

Open these files in Notepad, and look at the first line.

MktHours.inf (in the main QCharts directory...where QCharts.exe lives)
MktHours.tab (in the subdirectory SigText)

Both should have as line 1...
//20100207-PRESIDENTS'-DAY-HOLIDAY-UPDATE

If you don't have the above condition, exit QCharts and be sure the Data Manager is closed on exit.
Start QCharts.
Is MktHours.tab now OK?
If yes, exit and restart.
If MktHours.tab not OK,
Are you on Vista/Win7 and didn't do the compatibility thingy?

Larry,
All of the headers were there. Restarted program as administrator. Now it shows todays movement on daily but still the gap issue is still there when it comes to all sessions being pressed on Indices.....which was not a problem last week.

Are you referring to the 1 hour gap from 19:00-20:00 Eastern time last evening that's in ES, for example? If so, that's known and is so for all. A solution is hopefully in the works.

If you have another gap issue, can you please be specific. A screenshot would be nice.
