Corrupt Data
07-13-2010, 08:27 AM
The AAPL July 260 Call closed yesterday (7-12-2010) at $2.65.
The quote sheet shows a close of $1.08.

That sounds consistent with the
CBOE
Prev Close = $2.65
Open = $2.15
Change = -$1.81 (at time of this screenshot)

Note: If you want to see the previous day's close on a QuoteSheet you can add the Yest Column (from the Recent Quotes Menu)
I show 2.65 in the Yest column for O:AAPL 10G260.00

The "yest" column in my quote sheet has changed yet again.
It now shows the AAPL July 260 Call last night's close at $.84.
Why does it keep changing and why isn't it correct.
The data for closing prices should never change.

The value of Yest shouldn't change during a given market session unless there was a data correction.
I'm still showing a Yest of 2.65 for the symbol O:AAPL 10G260.00
There may be some other issue causing the values to switch for you, possibly some corruption with the workspace?
Please contact support if this problem is still occurring.

Thank you, Todd.
I'll download the most recent version and test it again tonight.
Also, is there a work in progress for my first question concerning
the option data that many of us would like to have returned?
There are many columns that we'd love to see back in the system.
Thank you,
'Tail.
