Symbol Limit Error(s)

Several times recently I have received an “eSignal Data Manager Notification, Error Symbol Limit Exceeded”; this seems to happen in the morning while I am looking at my workspace. When it occurred at 8:03 EDT this morning QCharts was showing “353 Syms/0 Max” in the entitlement block at the bottom of the screen. This brings up another question; my limit has always been 500 Symbols. I don’t recall exactly when the 500 disappeared from the entitlement block, but I can’t recall ever seeing it in version 6.2.0.1865.
Neither of these items seems to have any impact on QCharts, but maybe I just haven’t noticed it. Normally I just click on Ok and the message goes away. To be safe I re-boot and consider these to be two more annoying QCharts Plus features.

Why is the limit exceeded error occurring?
Why is the Symbol Max not showing 500?
Is this happening to other users?

Hey Jim,

I am seeing 0 Max symbols as well, but I haven't been having the problems you mention. Never have noticed that it said 0 max until I read your post. I am also a Plus subscriber. Good luck!
