Bad Ticks Not Being Removed When Reported

I am experiencing increasing difficulty in having bad futures ticks corrected. Several recent requests have been ignored and/or were not processed in a timely manner.

Until such time as the problems with the data feed are addressed, I would appreciate someone paying closer attention to cleaning up the charts as has always been the case in the past.
