Dead QCharts

Okay, I've had it. Since yesterday morning, QCharts is essentially DOA. It locks up and takes MINUTES to recover if ever. Nothing has changed on my workspace. Getting very tired of this problem. Doesn't matter if you rebuild the workspace, use it on another computer with a different operating system and more horsepower, it just doesn't want to work. Can't trade when you can't see the charts. In the past, it would have a small glitch at the market open and close, or when news came out and the market starting moving quickly. Since yesterday, just doesn't matter at all! Like to do NDX around this time of the month, but worthless when you can't get QCharts to work.

Using 6.2.0.1865 on Dell DuoCore 1862Mhz, Windows XP Pro SP3 with 4GB RAM.

Also tried on Windows 7 QuadCore.

Try downloading/installing the latest version: 6.2.0.1896 and see if that helps.

I've been a customer since Qcharts 3.0 and I can honestly say
that clock speed and ram have very little to do with a
successful access.

Up until my laptop got stolen, I traded with a clock speed
of 1gz and 1g of ram and that was with running all
the beta versions.

This latest laptop has a 3gz clock and 2g ram and I still never have
any problem.

My workspace has 12 charts, 16 quote sheets plus some
other goodies like Time and Sales and News. Aslo Trade Rate and
Single quote. Yes, it's a wide screen.

In addition to Charts, I'm also running live video from
my tv connection as well has some Adobe programs
like Photoshop, Illustrator and PDF, also Publisher
and Word.
