Hot List Not Available

When I log on my Qchart 6.2.0.1896 it says "please standby" for a while then it tells me that Contnium connection has failed and asks me if I want to switch to eSignal only connection. I say ok and the program starts. when I wanted to click on Hot List, it shows it empty. I know I am subscribing to the Hot list and I was using it last November.

Any ideas?
