Forex Problem with Indian Rupee

Will someone please take a look at an all-sessions chart of INR A0-FX for trade date 2/16/11 and explain (and better yet, correct) the problem? I am concerned about the local Indian trading hours, which begin on 2/15 at 22:30 and conclude on 2/16 at 06:30 Eastern Standard Time. The data are horribly messed up.

Looking at INR A0-FX it’s hard for me to differentiate how the 2/16 data varies vs prior days. The charting appears to be the same in both eSignal and QCharts.

The best way to get data corrected is via the Report a Questionable Price form that goes to the QA group that makes data corrections.
