Symbol Change Posting?!?

This posting has an attachment displaying changed symbols. I am aware of QQQ but I am not allowed to open the png attachment. I am logged in.

Can someone who has authority to open this link please share the list of changed symbols with QCharts users?

I gave the .png a try as well and am also told I do not have permission -

So, I'll reiterate Tom's request - would someone at QCharts please make this info available.
