Intraday candles missing for August 8

This has been happening every day since August 8 - log out/in to get a new server does not always correct it . . . perhaps multiple servers need attention.

Please correct - this totally messes up all intraday timeframes.

PS - just for clarification - this IS with Multiminute Bars set to ACCURATE

Carol, I found CSX and EDU to also be missing intraday candles "sometimes". I called tech support a couple of days ago to report it. Have not seen it since.
