INR A0-FX bad data problem

Pull up a 1-minute, all sessions chart of INR A0-FX for 11-21-11. There is a huge number of bad ticks beginning at 00:09. What is the problem? The data for this symbol deteriorated about a week ago. See also 11/16 and 11/17.
