JOYG is now JOY - need intraday candles

JOYG has changed its symbol and is now JOY.

It's been a while since I've needed to stitch together symbols and lost my notes on how to do it in a hard drive crash.

Could someone refresh my memory - are we still deleting a couple of folders/files and rebooting? If so, please tell me which ones.

Or, is this something QC needs to do for us? If so, please do.

There is a File called CompSyms.znf that gives exapmles on how to merge symbols together. However it does not appear to work anymore. This may be because of the switch over to the esignal feed.

JOYG to Joy

It looks like we have already merged the daily data for these two symbols. We don't normally merge the intraday data when a symbol change happens.

I forgot that eSignal cut this previously provided service from QCharts.

Based on the number of pm's I've received, it certainly is still a needed, wanted, expected service.
