His web site is gone and nobody is answering the telephone at his number; at least not for the last two days. I know a lot of you QCharts users are current/former students. Does anybody know what's up? I did a "whois" on the web site address and sent an email to the address listed as the tech. support contact. The reply from them contained the following:
"Due to circumstances beyond our control, the site is currently unavailable. As the tech support for the functioning site, the issue with the hosting of the site is outside of the scope of technical support. We must rely on the support of the host in order to have the site available to use. In layman's terms, it's as if someone unplugged the server. If it was a function of the site, we could assess the situation begin to diagnose and prescribe a solution. However, the site is equally inaccessible to us as well. Our email hosting is actually on a different server.
At this time we are not certain of what has transpired between the owner of the site and the hosting company. If you would like to get more information, you may wish to call WSB's main office. Honestly, we just work here."
I don't currently subscribe to the RTP newsletter and I am not in the processing of taking any video courses, but if I was, I would be really, really upset that the site just vanished. On an interesting side note, the Lighthouse Center in Raleigh, NC, still lists the first weekend in November of this year as having a GW course at their facility.
