Data manager question

I have the data manager running somewhat as a service on my computer, and i have qcharts set to leave it running when qcharts exits, but i can't find a way to stop qcharts from loading the data manager on startup, is there a way to accomplish this?

The program is always going to start Data Manager on start up. The DM is where QCharts pulls real time data from.

I understand that, i have winros.exe running as a service, and qcharts configured not to shut it down on exit, i'd like to be able to launch qcharts without it also launching the data manager... i didnt know it there was an INI file setting or command line option that can be given to qcharts to keep it from starting the data manager
