No Futures Data

If you are not getting data for the futures symbols in QCharts, you will need to do the following to restore the data. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

1. Close QCharts and the Data Manager
2. Search for mkthours.* and corpacts.*
3. Delete all copies of these files.
4. Restart QCharts two times and the futures data should fill in.

This "solution" is not working for me this morning. What other suggestions do you have to correct the problem?
