option chain problems and delayed OEX

Hi all-

New user here - I have gotten everything set up the way I want it and have 2 issues I'm seeking help on.

At first I didn't subscribe to OPRA but then when I didn't get an options chain I added it on. I'm still getting this error "no symbols fittnig your criteria were found" - any advice?

I have real time NYSE, NASDAQ and OPRA add ons. I'm getting a delayed quote on the OEX. IS there a separate addon to get OEX real time?

Hi rikmoore,

I will call you to resolve the Options Chains issue.

For real-time $OEX you need the MDI Market Data Index Service whici is $6 per month. You can add it going to Account Maintanance web page or calling Customer Service at 510-264-1700 and press 1.
