  • TWS and QC IO Error

    Hello,

    This morning I started QCharts and TWS as usual and received the error message: eSignal cannot start. IO error on reading from c:\program files... \DbcExgMap.tab

    Nothing changed or updated from yesterday when it worked just fine. Same version of TWS and QCharts.

    I closed QC and TWS, deleted the Dbc file, restarted everything again so a new tab file was downloaded automatically by QC. However the problem still persists, now I can't see any equities data in TWS.

    Please help.

      The above issue is resolved, thanks.

      New issue today, Hot Lists don't work. I have a quotesheet that's populated with a hot list and its blank this morning. When I do right click - Symbols - Hot lists.. the list of hot lists that's usually available is now blank.
