the following dde statement: {=QLink|Bars!'MSFT,15,4000,DTOHLCV,headers,09:00-10:00'} returns data only from 5/6/09. i spoke to support and they said it is a bug on the software but were unable to tell me when it might get fixed. does anyone know as to when i'd be able to find an upgrade or workaround? thanks.

anybody at esignal monitoring the forum? it'd be nice to know when you are planning on fixing significant issues like accessing extended historical data with the software. -

It turns out that QLink can not currently handle the protocols in place for grabbing the extended history from a secondary server.
There is a QLink II in the planning stages so this issue will be addressed in the new code. No ETA at present but it is an active project.
If this limits your use of the extended history to the point it's no longer valuable for you, we'll be happy to credit back the last month and remove the service from your account.
