Qlink Problems

I'm having problems with qlink.

If I try to request daily, monthly, or weekly bars qlink returns an N/A within excel for the feilds that I have selected.

How is that possible if I am subscribed to the markets and get quotes within a quote window????

Is this the first time you're using QLink or have you used it previously? If the latter, when was the last time it worked? Can you also give a few examples of symbols you are trying to retrieve?

I've been using it for a while now.

If I use soybeans which I usually use, I have no problems with any time interval.

If I use any softs, energies, or metals I'm unable to get any info for daily, weekly, monthly but I am able to get data for intraday.

Coffee for example:

{QLink|Bars!'KC Z9,D,20,DTOHLCV'}

All the others are the same, with the difference being the symbol.

OK - thanks - that is the latest version so that's OK.
When I setup a Daily on KC Z9, I do this:

and end up with this:

So I know QLink will pull this.

I'm wondering if you exit out of Excel and make sure QLink is closed (check your system tray) and then re-run the QLink installer - and chose "Repair" and see if that helps?
