QLink 3 not working

I installed QLink 3, build 56 a month ago and it worked well. I then had to uninstall Excel and then reinstall it. I cannot get QLink working at at all, even after uninstalling it and reinstalling it numerous times, playing around with different security settings and running diagnostics on Windows (windows 7 professional). When I run excel and load a worksheet that has the QLink3 references on it, it tries to start the QLink installation again and I get an error message advising me that Excel is open and Interactive RTD installation needs to close.

I contacted ESignal technical support who were absolutely no help and just referred me to here.

Does anyone have any ideas. It is very strange that it worked well for a while, but now refused to work.

We have a new version coming this week that has a number of installer fixes in it. We'll announce the release of the new version at the top of this forum, so please keep an eye out for it there.
