Qlink not producing data

My Qlink is not producing data as of Monday Mar 21. I use Vista and excel 2007. Nothing for me has changed since it worked fine last Friday. I have been using an older Qlink and tried today to update to the latest Qlink 3.X and it still didn't work. When I request bars it just hangs and the mouse icon shows it is loading; it just stays that way and never responds.

Is this a known issue? I have tried logging off my computer to reset the environment, but still no change.
