  • 3.0 format for CL 2!

Hi I am trying to rebuild an excel sheet using 3.0. I had previously used 2.0 and often used CL 2! format for the 2 most recent contract. However trying to use this in 3.0 returns nothing. What is the equivelant of this in Qlink 3.0?

    Thanks

    DK_trader,

Currently this symbol format is not supported in QLINK 3.0. We've submitted a request to the Product Manager to to review your post and to further investigate the necessary steps to incorporate the continuous contracts for a future release of QLINK.

Thanks for the update on that at least. Is there any possible workaround for an excel to show the most current 4 or 5 months for a specific contract?

There would be no easy way to fuse the data together like the continuous contracts do. But by using the standard expired contract symbol (CL H2011, CL Z2010) you should be able to get all of November 2010.
