Sounds like the QLink application isn't connected to the server. Look in your Windows System Tray for QLink and open that up, and then check it's status. There is a button to connect if it isn't already connected.

Hi,

I've just downloaded Qlink 3 and installed on my Win XP.

I can see the Add-Ins - Interactive Data RTD. Pressed the "Insert Quote" icon or button, and it shows: Symbol Last Net Change Bid Ask Open High Low Vol Time

but there's no data shown in the spreadsheet, even after a few "refresh".

I checked the esignal data manager and is able to receive data.

And advice?
