QLink Still Not Working

I'm trying to download 15 minute data but QLink is pulling data at either 45 minute or 1 hour intervals. It is also missing the open and close. Any ideas?

data issue

We are looking at a temp solution for this that can go into place right away. I will update here with more information if we are able to do this.


update: We are still looking into a solution that could go into place on Monday 10/17/2011. Worst case scenario is the fix will be out on Thursday 10/20/2011.
