QL 3.1 Update

I had v3.0 and it was working just fine. I updated to v3.1 and now nothing works. Can I go back to v3.0?

I removed the old product before updating (both QLink and RTD). I'm running 32-bit Excel 2010, Win 7, and eSignal v11.3 and do not want to install anything else right now.

Strike that. I got it to work -- you have to reboot. Some of us who are traders and not IS people could probably use a little more documentation.
