  • SP2 Problem

    I installed SP2 and now I cannot get QLink to connect. I'm using a workbook with links that worked fine with SP1. I rebooted and made sure all the add-in boxes were checked but no luck.

    I taskbar icon continually says "idle." eSignal works fine.

    What am I missing?

    Windows 7, 64-bit

    Try to remove the add-in and then re-add it. If this doesn't work then remove QLink completely and reinstall it. This seems to fix the issue.

    Also make sure the RTD add-in is checked.

      I removed QL completely and re-installed it from the download. It still will not connect. The QL icon on the taskbar remains "idle" even though there are commands in the spreadsheet. It tried again to add some new commands. They were added but no results.
