Qlink crashes

Hi guys,

First I had some trouble getting the Excel Addin (dll file) running but it seemed to work. Since a few days Qlink crashes constantly - I'm not able to receive any data. It happens instantly after I open my Excel file. Any suggestions? I already removed the software and installed a new version. My system is running on 32bit

I installed QLink_3_01_0109.exe and use Excel 2010

it seems that Qlink only crashes when the option "desktop compatible" is enabled. however, I tried to load intraday data (240min) and I receive the message "no data" for many symbols - contrarily, daily data works fine

How many symbols are you requesting data for at the same time?

I tried 100 up to 400 symbols at a time. Didn't make any difference though

I would suggest contacting our tech support team regarding this issue. We should be able to solve this, but it may require that we take remote access of your system for a short period of time. Thank you
