Average Volume Field for US stocks QLink/Excel

Hi,
I have reinstalled Qlink to current ver 3.1.109.0000, Esignal 64Bit 11.6.3167.1081
having Excel 2007 (32bit?)SP3 MSO, OS Vista Business 64Bit.
I am not able to get "Average volume" field in Excel. I use formula: =ESQuote($T12;"Average Volume") but the field is empty. For US stocks.
Fields like Last, Open, Volume works
Please help what to do.
