Verizon xv6600 and Quotrek

I'm new to this software. I've tried both the stable download and the beta software, but have the same problem. Whenever I add a new symbol to the list, I get the NOT EN error on the quote list. Not helping me much without a realtime quote on the list.

All suggestions greatly appreciated.

I posted this question Friday morning. It's now Monday afternoon and there has been no response. Does anyone actually monitor this forum? $60/month should get you something other than buggy software.
