My Q doesn't work. I called technical support and said that it should work. Does anybodies work and if so which version of Quotreck did you use?

We are currently not aware of any generic problems with Quotrek.
The problem could have a number of causes, from the installation, the settings on your handheld device through to the service provider you are subscibed to.
Please check out the resources on http://www.quotrek.com, and if no luck you should contact Tech Support again.
