Quotrek Audible price Alerts

Just wandering when Esignal was looking to finally develop and integrate a price alerts with audible alarm feature in the quotrek software. Afte reading various other non-esignal forums I understand that this feature has been repeatedly requested by traders and promised for over 2 years but to no avail. Any idea why the big delay? It seems Esignal must be missing out on a lot of business... Is it that difficult to code!?
