Blackberry 7100i display

I have the Blackberry 7100i and have installed the latest version of QuoTrek 1.2. It is running fine except that all of the screens are cut off at the bottom and there is no scroll function up and down or side to side. Is there a fix for this?

After looking at some of our troubleshooting guides, I cannot find why this is happening. I will look into this more and should have an answer for you in the morning.

Hi John,

It appears that there is a bug with the chart display. According to our programmers. They are looking into, however, there was no time frame given as to the when the fix will be available.

The scroll function.....there are a few keys on the blackberry that have arrows on them. Those keys are used for scrolling. Hopefully this is what you were looking for.

Please let me know if this helps with the scrolling. If not I will definitely look into it further.
