BlackBerry Intraday ability

I have a BlackBerry 8820 with QuoTrek and although I can see daily charts, it always times out/locks up when I try to select an intraday time frame such as a 15 or 60 minute chart. Are there any software upgrades or fixes available? Any adjustments that could be made?

Are you operating through a BES for Blackbery setup?
(BES = Business enterprise server)

Or are you operating a personal connection setup (e.g. connecting directly via a local telco)?

Can you please select the main menu within the quotrek program and then click on the "About" option. Then advise the ful version which is currently operating on your system.
