I have recently subscribed to The Bollinger Band Tool Kit for E-Signal. Like most of Bollinger’s work I am finding it a very useful tool set. However, I cannot find any documentation for the RSoverlay indicator. John refers us to his book, “Bollinger on Bollinger Bands”, but I can find no reference to the RSoverlay indicator in the book nor do I have the password to open the formula decryption password dialogue even if I could figure out which indicator is actually the RSoverlay. Any help would be much appreciated.
