"establishing connection" for a LONG time

I'm using Multi Charts with esignal and am trying to open an ES chart. Usually I start to see "received XX quotes" pretty quickly but this weekend it's been slower than Christmas. It has the "establishing connection" msg at the top of the chart for several minutes before it starts receiving quotes. Any idea why?

Seems to be working fine at my end (see enclosed animation captured a few minutes ago)
