  • Trouble with Arps upgrade install

    I'm trying to install the mandatory upgrade. I've downloaded the .exe file fine, but when I double-click it, the installer runs for about a second, then quickly terminates. It does have time to erase the crogram files\esignal\formulas\advanced\jan arps crown jewels subdirectory and files. I've tried running the file from c:\temp and the program files location, but no luck. Any suggestions?

    The installer does run really fast, but it should complete without a problem. Is eSignal closed when you are running the installer? Here's the steps I took to update my list.

    - Close eSignal
    - Download new Arps Installer and save to desktop
    - Double-click installer
    - Launch eSignal

    After that, here's the list of Arps studies I see.

      Arps upgrade worked

      Thanks so much for your reply - I copied the .exe to the desktop and it ran fine from there!
