Buy and sell signals from Jurik tools for backtesting?

I am wondering about buying the Jurik Research Tools.

Is it easy to use the tools to make buy and sell signals for backtesting? Is it easy to make a JMA of RSIfor buy and sell signals?

You can simply add buy/sell commands to these files, or to your own variations of them.
