  • MESA indicators greyed on menu

    Hello,

    I have subscribed to the MESA indicators package - about an hour ago, but even after exiting and re-starting eSignal twice, the indicators are still greyed on the pull down menu.

    Do I have to download the indicators, or wait until the US wakes up?

    Have you tried using Live Rep? To do this select Customer Support-> Live Rep in the main menu.
    Also if you are in Europe you could try contacting the eSignal office in London.

      I sometimes get problems with the liverep app, I was just thinking maybe I was missing something obvious.

        Sometimes when I first bring up esignal it seems like the emesa
        signal is not working correctly...or is not displayed..all I do is click the daily interval at the top of the chart and the signal is calculated and the colored e-mesa chart gets displayed...

        Not sure if that will help you but I thought I'd mention it...
