Hi,

I am interested in MESA. I went to the file
share group and downloaed the MESA
manual in PDF format. However, I got
error messages and can not open
the file when I used Adobe Reader 7.0
to open the file.

Has anyone been able to open the file ?

The file seems to be in Word format not Acrobat

You are right that it is a Microsoft Word
document. What confused me was when
it is saved to disk, it is saved as a PDF
file. I had to rename it to a "doc" file.
Does this mean the file type on the
file share server is wrong ?

I don't know why in your case the document is saved as a pdf file.
At my end it saves it as a Microsoft Word Document as by the .doc extension in the file name
